Territory Manager UK, France, Germany

MrMachinery is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Territory Manager.  Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, the manager’s job will be to develop contacts within the construction industry and inform them of the advantages and benefits of our auction services.  

 

Responsibilities:
The Territory Manager will be a key executor of MrMachinery's overall auction sales strategy and will be pivotal in the breakdown of that strategy into specific regional tactics. The Territory Manager is responsible for establishing new business contacts and raising repeat buyers of MrMachinery's services.

 

Specific Activities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies and tactics to transform MrMachinery's prospects into customers and return sales
  • Plan and execute technical inspections
  • Provide regular updates on progress towards attainment of strategic goals

Requirements:

  • Ideally, you come from a technical background with working experience in sales.  You have strong, proven and successful sales experience, preferably selling heavy equipment or machinery with a focus on long-term relationship building.  Your customers would describe you as someone who always dealt with them fairly and with integrity.  If you have already cultivated existing relationships with construction companies, we would like to hear from you.
  • You should be able to work independently bearing in mind that you are still an integral part of a highly energetic team.   You will be able to identify a problem or an issue that may become a problem intuitively, and you will deliver a satisfactory solution before it escalates.  You are a goal-oriented individual with initiative who will strive to achieve your targets without sacrificing the need to do the right thing.

NB: Applicants should be aware that regular travel, both domestic and international, is required for this position.

 

 

 

 

Equipment Inspector for Belgium (with occasional travelling within Europe )

MrMachinery.com is the next generation integrated portal for machinery investment and divestment.

Currently Mr Machinery is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Equipment Inspector with expertise in construction equipment.

 

Responsibilities: 

It’s the equipment inspector’s responsibility to Inspect Construction and  agricultural equipment and to report the condition of major components and systems. 

 

Requirements:

  • have a degree in mechanics or similar through experience
  • 2-3 years of heavy equipment, agricultural and/or heavy truck experience preferably in the repair or operation of equipment.
  • Technical knowledge of construction equipment including operation, component functions and attachment operations.
  • Working knowledge of English language.
